Studio Acre is a Dorset-based architecture studio that specialises in high-end residential properties and new-build projects.  With meticulous attention to detail and a strong design ethos, the studio places an emphasis on architectural interiors and the use of an organic palette of materials.

The studio is led by creative director, Clare Stevenson, whose background is in high-end London refurbishments.  The studio prides itself on meeting the needs of a detailed and complex brief, with Clare leading and overseeing the design of every proposal.  Rigorous detailing and a high-quality of craftsmanship are at the forefront of the design, regardless of scale. 

Clare’s previous work ranges from the restoration of heritage properties to new-build extensions and pavilions.  With over 15 years of experience in the design and management of complex residential projects, her work has featured in publications such as House & Garden UK and Vogue Living Australia.   

Studio Acre provides a creative and holistic approach unique to the site, with services spanning from concept design, planning consent and technical detailing to construction management.  The holistic design approach ensures full collaboration with the client to meet the requirements of the brief.  The desire for high-quality detailing and workmanship extends from the building shell to the landscaping and interior architecture, to encompass bespoke joinery, furniture and lighting.
