Burlington House

The design of Burlington House hinges around the opening up of a central hall and the relocation of the stair through the full height of the property.  In doing so, the spaces on the ground floor flow seamlessly from reception rooms to open plan kitchen.   The dining room opens onto the garden via three Crittall doors to link inside and out.  The rear terrace, carefully designed around a mature quince tree, with bespoke zinc planters, herringbone brickwork and in-built brick seating provides further entertaining space in the beautiful west-facing garden.
